About Hacienda Colombiana #3
Come in for a Bandeja paisa, a plate of Calentado paisa in the morning, or a bag of Empanadas and Buñuelos from our bakery. We cook the way we do at home, and you can dine in, pick up, or have us deliver.
We are a Colombian kitchen on Southeast Maricamp Road in Ocala, serving breakfast and lunch six days a week except Monday. Mornings start with Huevos al gusto, Changua, and the different Calentados, all served with a cheese arepa. For lunch we put out the classics: Bandeja paisa, Cazuela paisa, Arroz con pollo, and Picada, along with plates a la carta like Sobrebarriga, Churrasco mar y tierra, Chuleta apanada, and Mojarra frita.
Each day has its own soup. Mondongo on Friday, Sancocho on Saturday, and Ajíaco on Sunday, each one served with white rice and salad. We also keep Caldo de costilla on the menu for breakfast or lunch, and there are kid's plates with French fries for the little ones.
Our bakery case holds Empanadas, Pastel de pollo, Arepa de huevo, Pandebono, Pandequeso, Roscones, and more, with natural juices, coffee, and hot chocolate to go with them. We offer dine in, pickup, and delivery, and we cater as well.
